Salary: £110 – 160 (dependent on experience)

Trust Education is currently hiring a Primary Teacher to join our team. This role is long‑term, starting immediately, and ideally suited to an experienced teacher who can support students’ progression in the classroom.

As a Primary Teacher you will be responsible for delivering engaging, high‑quality lessons that inspire students. You will play a key role in helping pupils progress while providing a nurturing environment where every child can grow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND and EHCPs.
  • Establish and maintain an inclusive and supportive learning environment to enable pupils to increase their confidence, learning and social development.
  • Have a proven track record of raising attainment in KS1 and KS2.
  • Support SEN pupils to ensure they thrive alongside their peers.
  • Work closely with other teachers, support staff and the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour in line with the school’s policies and procedures.
  • Write end‑of‑year reports and attend parents’ evenings to discuss progress with parents/carers.
About You
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in KS1 and KS2.
  • A deep understanding of the primary school curriculum.
  • A passion for teaching, with the ability to engage and inspire children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
  • Demonstrates flexibility with a positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to plan and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to identify gaps in learning and implement strategies to close these gaps.
  • Experience using assessment methods to track and support pupil progress.
