Role

We now have an exciting opportunity as for a confident, self-motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive at our busy office in Wakefield.

Based within an office environment, the main responsibilities of the role are as follows:

  • Calling customers directly from the Company database, advising on any additional products and services that the company has to offer to suit their needs and budget.
  • Building new & managing existing customer relationships
  • Striving to achieve individual/team targets
Package

Requirements

This role would suit a personable, polite and energetic individual who enjoys working as part of a team and is committed to providing industry leading customer service. The ideal candidate would possess the following skills:

  • A clear, polite and professional telephone manner
  • Ability to communicate and actively listen to customers
  • Natural ability to empathise with customers and strike engaging conversation
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to use own initiative and work under pressure
Experience
  • Telesales/Customer Support: 1 year (required)

For your reassurance, product pricing is fixed to the value of the vehicle and all the finance lenders we work with could pay commission at different rates, but any commission we receive does not influence the fixed interest rate you are eligible for from our panel of lenders. Calls may be recorded or monitored. Cars2 cannot guarantee that a car has not already been sold prior to reserving the vehicle.
