• Speak with customers enquiring to the local branch, establish customer requirements and affordability, process the loan agreement, and support the customer through the full lifecycle of their loan.
• Maintain strong communication and build excellent rapport with customers on the phone and in person.

• Salary up to £30,000 depending on experience
