About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Artworker to join a busy in-house creative team within a leading UK retail business. This role sits within the Customer Marketing function and plays an important part in bringing the brand to life across both digital and physical channels.
You will support the wider creative team in producing high-quality artwork for a wide range of brand communications. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies, you will help ensure campaigns and assets are delivered to a high standard while maintaining strong brand consistency.
This role is ideal for someone with strong technical artwork skills, excellent attention to detail and experience producing assets across print and digital environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Produce high-quality, channel-ready artwork across a range of media including print and digital
• Support the delivery of internal and external brand communications
• Work closely with designers, marketing teams and other stakeholders to deliver artwork from briefs
• Create assets for in-store graphics, point of sale, marketing campaigns, digital imagery and packaging
• Adapt and update existing brand assets while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
• Prepare artwork files for print production including cutter guides, colour proofing and supplier specifications
• Liaise with agencies and internal teams to ensure artwork meets required standards
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain organised file structures and ensure artwork is stored correctly according to company processes
Key Skills
• Experience producing artwork across both print and digital channels
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong understanding of print processes and preparing artwork for production
• Excellent attention to detail and technical accuracy
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a creative team
• Confident communicating with colleagues and external agencies
• Positive, proactive approach with a strong team mindset
