Permanent | Competitive Salary + Package (45k – 55k)

We are working with a well-established contractor delivering nationwide retail fit-out and refurbishment projects, and we are looking to appoint an experienced HVAC Site Manager to join their growing delivery team.

This is a hands-on, site-based role overseeing HVAC installations on fast-paced retail programmes across the UK.

The Role

As HVAC Site Manager, you will be responsible for:

* Managing HVAC installations on live retail projects

* Coordinating subcontractors and specialist trades

* Ensuring programme adherence and quality control

* Liaising with Project Managers, clients and consultants

* Managing H&S on site (RAMS, toolbox talks, compliance)

* Overseeing commissioning and handover

* Working on short-duration nationwide retail schemes

Projects typically include store refurbishments, roll-outs and new retail environments.

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience as an HVAC / Mechanical Site Manager

* Strong retail fit-out or commercial refurbishment background

* Experience managing M&E subcontractors on fast-track projects

* SMSTS / SSSTS

* CSCS (Black or Gold preferred)

* Strong client-facing and communication skills

* Comfortable working nationwide

Retail experience is essential – this is a fast-paced environment requiring strong programme management and proactive site leadership.
