Position: Senior Planner (Permanent)
We are recruiting a Senior Planner to join a well-established, family-owned construction business delivering high-quality projects across Residential, Logistics, Industrial, and Commercial sectors in Yorkshire & the North East. Projects range from £2m–£80m, giving the successful candidate exposure to complex and varied schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain project programmes, including Design, Procurement, and Commissioning & Completion schedules.

* Support critical path analysis and review construction drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities.

* Create integrated Project Programmes and ensure subcontractor programmes align with overall schedules.

* Collaborate with on-site teams to support project objectives and business unit targets.

* Provide accurate programme data and assist in reports on critical paths and rescheduled activities.

* Identify risks and propose solutions to mitigate project impact.

Required

Skills & Experience:

* Proven experience in construction planning, ideally on residential, logistics, industrial, or commercial projects.

* Knowledge of project planning systems and software, with a willingness to develop further.

* Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities.

* Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.

* Eagerness to grow in a planning role and contribute to project success.
