How

You’ll Make An Impact
  • Lead training sessions across the UK, focusing on supporting acquisitions and helping teams navigate change.
  • Create and update training materials to meet acquisition‑specific needs, ensuring they align with our business goals.
  • By collaborating with stakeholders, you’ll design and deliver tailored training solutions that address challenges and opportunities.
  • Gather feedback to refine your materials and ensure a smooth delivery. Your work will help colleagues feel confident and supported during transitions, contributing to a positive and productive environment.
  • Play a key part in supporting our colleagues during transitions and ensuring they have the tools they need to succeed. With access to a wide range of resources, you’ll help us build talent and strengthen our teams.
  • Lead workshops and development initiatives for new and existing colleagues.
  • Tailor training content to support smooth integration during acquisitions.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to address training needs.
  • Maintain high standards of service and ensure compliance with regulations.
About You
  • Knowledge of general insurance.
  • Experience delivering feedback and coaching in a professional setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
  • Flexibility to travel across the UK (approximately 50% of the time).
  • Adept at handling complex relationships, using influencing and mediating techniques as appropriate.
  • A problem‑solving mindset and the ability to develop creative solutions.
  • Experience meeting deadlines in a regulated environment & measurable framework.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with LMS systems like Articulate and Rise will be advantageous but not essential.
  • Experience using Acturis or CDL software will be advantageous but not essential.
  • Right to work in the UK.
