Do you have previous NHS GP experience using Systm One .

We’re working with a friendly and supportive GP Practice in Wakefield and the surrounding areas who are looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist / Administrator to join them on an ongoing temporary basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running and provide essential front-line support in a busy GP surgery.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Welcoming patients and visitors in a professional, friendly manner

* Managing and booking appointments efficiently

* Handling high volumes of calls, emails, and enquiries

* Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records

* Processing registrations, forms, and payments

* Filing, scanning, and general administrative duties

* Supporting clinicians to ensure smooth patient flow

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous experience working within an NHS GP Practice (essential)

* Strong working knowledge of Systm One

* Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills

* Confident multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment

* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

* Professional, reliable, and proactive approach
