Helpdesk Administrator – Facilities Management

£12.21 per hour | Full-time | On-site | Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5pm

Boost Talent is hiring a Helpdesk Administrator on behalf of a growing national Facilities Management organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls and emails for maintenance faults, repairs, and service requests
  • Log, allocate, and track jobs using a CAFM or CRM system
  • Communicate with service providers and end users
  • Coordinate contractors and confirm completion of works
  • Produce administrative tasks including reports, quotes, and system updates
  • Maintain accurate documentation and internal system records
  • Support Facilities Managers with building information and operational data
  • Assist with general office administration such as travel bookings and supply management
About You

Helpful skills include:
  • Strong IT skills (Office, Excel, general admin capability)
  • Experience using a CAFM or CRM system (preferred but not essential)
  • Previous admin experience (preferred but not essential if you are trainable)
Hours and On-Call Details
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5pm
  • Fully on-site (no remote working)
  • On-call rota: 1 week in every 7–8 weeks once trained (On-call hours: 5:30pm–8am, escalations only, additional £60 per on-call week)
