As a RN or LPN at Vantage Care, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to assigned patients. This includes providing basic patient care, collaborating with fellow team members to administer prescribed medications, and educating patients about their treatments. • Supporting patients through illness, injury, or recovery.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations and policies.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring the correct dosage and method of delivery.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and post-treatment care.
• Act as an advocate for patients, ensuring their needs and preferences are respected while also promoting their safety and comfort.

• Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields.
• Familiarity with medical equipment and procedures.
• Compassionate and caring demeanor with a patient‑focused approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build strong rapport with patients and team members.
