Eliot is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide comprehensive clinical supervision and oversight of service delivery for Respite clients. Eliot’s Respite program is a short‑term restorative service that assists adults with mental illness in obtaining and maintaining community living.
In this role you will help guide the services and clinical care of the clients utilizing evidence‑based practices that align with the preferences and needs of the client.
Responsibilities- Provide clinical supervision and oversight of Respite service delivery, including staff guidance, intervention modeling, and adherence to culturally competent, strength‑based practices
- Complete intakes, assessments, crisis plans, and coordinate admission
- Oversee development and implementation of Individualized Action Plans that are consumer‑centered, recovery‑focused, and aligned with clinical best practices
- Deliver direct clinical interventions and facilitate therapeutic and skills‑based groups using approaches such as CBT, DBT, and integrated dual diagnosis treatment
- Support staff development through training, supervision, and clinical leadership while serving as on‑call clinical backup for crisis situations and consumer care needs
- Independent clinical licensure (LICSW, LMHC, etc.) preferred
- Master’s degree in Psychology or related field required
- At least four years’ experience working with adults experiencing severe mental illness
- Valid Massachusetts driver’s license
- Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5 pm
Annual Salary: $50,000 USD – $55,000 USD
