We are hiring a Floating Assistant Teacher who will work across Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms
, stepping in wherever support is needed most. This role is perfect for someone adaptable, confident, and who enjoys variety — while still valuing structure, routines, and strong relationships.

• Support Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms as needed
• Assist lead and classroom teachers with daily routines and activities
• Help maintain safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environments
• Support children during play, transitions, meals, naps, and outdoor time
• Assist with diapering, toileting, bottle prep, and feeding routines as appropriate
• Model calm, positive communication, and respectful behavior
• Help guide children’s social skills and emotional regulation
• Observe children and support developmental milestones
• Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming classrooms
• Follow all health, safety, and EEC policies
• Jump in wherever support is needed — because teamwork matters here
• This is an active, hands-on role that includes time on the floor, lifting to 50 lbs., and being on your feet for most of the day.

• Can work the required schedule specified within this posting, with flexibility to adjust hours based on needs of the center
• Occasional evenings or weekends for training or special events
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
• Ability to sit, bend, squat, kneel, and lift infants safely throughout the day
• Can lift to 50 pounds

-$17.50 - $21 an hour-

Payroll is processed weekly.
