Customer Service Representative

We've partnered with our client to help find a Customer Service Representative to join its team. This position is a hybrid position in Wakefield, MA.

• Deliver friendly, professional support by handling inbound phone calls with a positive and customer-focused approach for both internal teams and external clients.
• Enter customer orders with precision, ensuring accuracy while proactively communicating any discrepancies or special conditions.
• Navigate and maintain customer portals to support order processing and account needs.
• Build strong working relationships with key contacts and decision-makers to support ongoing account success.
• Utilize the Sage ERP system to process orders, review customer history, check inventory availability, confirm pricing, and track sales order progress.
• Develop customized documentation to meet customer or business requirements.
• Perform additional responsibilities and projects as assigned.

• Associate’s degree or 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; strong data entry skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
