Customer Service Rep, HelpDesk/Support
We've partnered with our client to help find a Customer Service Representative to join its team. This position is a hybrid position in Wakefield, MA.
Responsibilities- Deliver friendly, professional support by handling inbound phone calls with a positive and customer‑focused approach for both internal teams and external clients.
- Enter customer orders with precision, ensuring accuracy while proactively communicating any discrepancies or special conditions.
- Navigate and maintain customer portals to support order processing and account needs.
- Build strong working relationships with key contacts and decision‑makers to support ongoing account success.
- Utilize the Sage ERP system to process orders, review customer history, check inventory availability, confirm pricing, and track sales order progress.
- Develop customized documentation to meet customer or business requirements.
- Perform additional responsibilities and projects as assigned.
- Associate's degree or 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; strong data entry skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem‑solve effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Salary range for this role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
