Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and results‑oriented Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of innovative product solutions. This role requires a strong blend of product vision, leadership, and analytical skills to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, mentor junior product managers, and ensure alignment between product strategy and organizational goals.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, working closely with cross‑functional teams including engineering, design, services, and client success. You'll be responsible for defining product strategy, gathering requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of solutions that drive client value and business growth.
Preference for local candidates to work out of our Wakefield, MA office 3 days/week.
Here's what you'll do:
- Define and own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
- Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including requirements gathering, prioritization, and execution.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high‑quality products on time and within budget.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
- Use data‑driven insights to optimize product performance and improve user experience.
- Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders and executive leadership.
As our next Senior Product Manager, you will bring:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
- Experience delivering products that support professional services engagements.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce‑based products, including custom applications and integrations.
- Familiarity with tools and platforms used by associations or membership organizations.
- Understanding of CRM, workflow automation, and data management.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams including services, engineering, and client success.
- Certifications in product management (e.g., Pragmatic, AIPMM, CSPO) or Salesforce (e.g., Admin, App Builder) are a plus.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
The target hiring range for this role is $130,000 - $150,000
USD (annually). The starting base salary will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other job‑related factors.
