🛠️ About the RoleWe’re looking for a Glass Technician to join our skilled and dedicated team. 🔧 What You’ll Do- Installing, repairing, and replacing windshields and glass on fleet vehicles and heavy equipment
- Diagnosing glass damage and recommending appropriate solutions
- Ensuring all work meets safety standards and manufacturer specifications
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Communicating clearly with clients and team members
- Traveling to job sites as needed (company vehicle provided)
- Proven experience in automotive or heavy equipment glass installation (or a strong desire to learn)
- A commitment to safety and attention to detail
- Strong problem‑solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Certifications in auto glass installation or repair
- Experience working with fleet vehicles or construction equipment
