Store Shift Lead position at Murphy USA
. Hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Shift Leads.
Location: 2120 South Main Street, 27587.

• Provide a prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience
• Respond to and resolve customer requests and concerns
• Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions
• Operate cash register
• Ensure fuel and merchandise are available for customers
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Support the Store Manager in all store operations
• Lead the team to exceed the store’s performance goals and objectives
• Perform job-related duties as assigned
• When management is absent, provide backup duties including daily/monthly paperwork, problem resolution, video review, compliance, inventory ordering, product count, equipment maintenance, and training new employees

• Must be 18+ years of age (state age requirements apply)
• High school diploma / GED, or at least 6 months of related job experience
• Minimum 3 months of cashier experience
• Capable of repeated bending, standing, and reaching
• Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
• Dependable transportation

Shift Lead: $12.25 - $12.75 per hour
Assistant Manager: $12.75 - $13.25 per hour
