, we’re passionate about building strong foundations for families to flourish by offering compassionate, individualized pediatric therapy that truly makes a difference. Established by a seasoned pediatric SLP, we’re dedicated to providing holistic, child-centered services and partnering with caregivers to support children’s development and confidence in meaningful ways.

As our practice continues to expand, we’re looking for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to help us grow our services and support families at an ABA center in the Raleigh area.

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy to children with a variety of speech, language, myofunctional and/or feeding difficulties.
• Collaborate with families to provide education and home program support.
• Document progress notes and update goals as needed in accordance with industry standards.

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active state licensure, and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association:
  Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience in pediatric therapy is preferred.
• Training or interest in AAC, sensory-based strategies, and neurodiversity-affirming practices is a plus.
• Compassionate, flexible, and willing to travel to sessions off-site.

• $66-$80 per hour based on experience and caseload.
• License and Certification Reimbursement.
