All Together Autism provides child and family-centered services including applied behavior analysis (ABA), clinical psychology, and interdisciplinary care coordination. The Registered Behavior Technician will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to provide in-home behavioral support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. The role focuses on implementing personalized behavior intervention plans, collecting data on client progress, and serving as the primary one-to-one resource for clients and families.
Compensation& Benefits
- Hourly rate: $22.00-$28.00
- Flexible guaranteed hours
- Retention bonus: $500 at six months, $500 at twelve months
- Benefit package available
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- CPR/First Aid/AED certification
- Experience as an RBT in a home or center-based ABA setting with children on the autism spectrum
- Experience with children ages 2-12 years old
- Reliable transportation, mobile phone, and willingness to work in various settings (home, community, school, center) Monday through Friday and potential weekends
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
