Treatment Coordinator – Lane & Associates Family Dentistry

Raleigh, NC (annual salary $45,771.00) | Wake Forest, NC (hourly $50.00–$55.00)

At Lane & Associates Family Dentistry, we love to make our patients smile, and that starts with you! We’re currently seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our warm, welcoming, and supportive dental team.

• Manage a multi‑line phone system to schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
• Keep all provider schedules full and efficient (Doctors & Hygienists).
• Collect and update patient personal and insurance information in Denticon времен.
• Check in and check out patients with professionalism and care.
• Present and review treatment plans to promote case acceptance.
• Assist in verifying insurance coverage and eligibility, maintaining accurate records.
• Process payments and enforce financial policies accurately and courteously.
Keep the lobby and waiting area tidy and inviting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 1–2 years of dental office experience (required).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Professional and polished demeanor with strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and passion for providing exceptional patient experiences.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
• Proficiency with computers (Denticon experience a plus).
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 15–20 lbs.
