Wholesale Parts Specialist

Capital Chevrolet of Wake Forest is seeking a motivated customer-focused Wholesale Parts Specialist to join our growing Parts team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment, enjoys building strong relationships with wholesale customers, and has a solid understanding of automotive parts and inventory management.

• Process wholesale orders accurately and efficiently (phone, email, and in-person)
• Maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers through excellent service and follow-up
• Assist with parts lookup, pricing, availability, and backorder management
• Coordinate deliveries and ensure timely order fulfillment
• Maintain accurate records of sales, returns, and inventory
• Work closely with Parts Manager and internal teams to meet department goals

• Previous automotive parts experience preferred (wholesale experience a plus)
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and catalog systems (CDK experience preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
