Security Officer -Driving Site

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, owners, vendors, and visitors by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and other security-related policies.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, storage areas, parking lots, and perimeter fencing to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance or security-related concerns.;
Monitor entrances, gates, and common areas; verify authorization for entry as required and assist with directing traffic and/or parking when needed.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; request assistance from emergency responders and/or site management when appropriate.;
Document patrol activity, incidents, and tenant or owner interactions in written reports and logs; communicate notable observations to Allied Universal supervision and the site representative.
