Role

Sales Associate (with Korean language proficiency preferred):
The Sales Associate role is an integral part of the store’s overall success and efficiency—demanding direct attention to our brand commitment when servicing our customers and driving results. Responsible for upholding Coach’s Service and Selling Models, creating a positive first impression, building ongoing customer relationships through a personalized experience, and leaving a positive, lasting impression.

Responsibilities
  • SALES FLOOR:
    Understands organizational objectives and makes decisions that align with Company priorities.
  • Take ownership and deliver results while maintaining awareness of personal and store metrics; develop personal sales and clienteling strategies with management.
  • Create short- and long-term strategies to achieve personal metrics and performance goals.
  • Own personal survey results and create plans to improve areas of opportunity.
  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador; demonstrate Coach’s Selling and Service expectations at all times.
  • Understand changes in local market and support the execution of local sales strategies and tactics.
  • Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, sourcing new customers, and maintaining productive relationships with customers.
  • Present professionally in line with Coach’s Guide to Style and build credibility as a personal fashion advisor.
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge, including features, benefits, and overall product value; communicate current pricing and promotions.
  • Discuss product features and leverage cross-selling; cross-sell and encourage relevant product add-ons.
  • Tailor approach to customer needs; attend to unique shopping needs; manage multiple customers and follow up consistently to influence/close sales.
  • Contribute to store financial results with versatile selling techniques; build lasting customer relationships; use Coach tools to support clienteling efforts.
  • Foster teamwork, a positive environment, and adaptability to changing store needs; welcome feedback and maintain calm professionalism.
Operations
  • Ensure daily tasks are completed without negatively impacting service or Coach standards.
  • Complete daily operational tasks including store upkeep, cash wrap, and visual merchandising to Coach standards.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy selling floor; adhere to all applicable retail policies and procedures including POS, operations, and asset protection.
  • Replenish inventory on the sales floor as needed; support store inventory processes by processing shipments and stocking shelves.
  • Support cash-wrap as needed and efficiently process customer transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges). Perform routine store organization and cleaning.

Additional Requirements
  • Experience: 1–3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
