Zales Outlet is looking for dynamic, driven, and creative individuals to support the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on sales, profit projections and customer satisfaction. • Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members' standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruit and select team members.
• Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures.
• Perform other operational and strategic duties as تشرين assigned.

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, and basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

• Base pay $16.50 – $26.30 plus commission on sales (final pay rate determined based on experience and qualifications).
