As the Selling Supervisor, you will be a key part of the Store Management team, executing strategic plans to ensure a profitable business. Your success will depend on championing innovative selling tools and managing daily/weekly business objectives by assigning tasks, setting goals, and prioritizing for the sales team.

  • Understand and drive sales and profit performance using key tools and resources.

  • Improve product discovery via QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores.
  • Maintain high standards of store execution and productivity.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Report category opportunities or needs to management.

Additionally, you should be motivated to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals, focusing on customer needs, supporting company initiatives, and utilizing innovative shopping solutions to drive results. Building a clientele through networking and providing feedback for continuous improvement are also essential.
