Position: Senior All-Domain Fires Specialist

At CTI, a Parsons Company, we deliver cutting‑edge technology solutions that empower end‑users to SEE (Sense, Evaluate, Effect) the invisible battlespace. Our mission is to provide critical capabilities across spectrum operations, communications, cyberspace, information space, human terrain, gray space, geo‑intelligence, modeling & simulation, ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), JADC2 (Joint All‑Domain Command and Control), covert operations, and more. These integrated solutions drive mission success, close the Kill Chain, and ensure operational superiority.

Founded in April 2000, CTI was built with a clear purpose: to provide user‑focused, high‑end software and systems development for the Defense and Intelligence communities. Our team of highly skilled, technically diverse developers works hand‑in‑hand with military personnel to design and deliver solutions that make a real impact on the fight.

Headquartered in Prince Frederick, Maryland, and supported by a robust remote workforce nationwide, CTI is strategically positioned to serve a wide range of DoD and agency customers. As part of Parsons Corporation, we’ve expanded our capabilities and strengthened our commitment to delivering mission‑critical solutions that matter.

We are looking for a dynamic Senior All‑Domain Fires Specialist to support the U.S. Indo‑Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) Operations Directorate at Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii. The role involves identifying, analyzing, articulating requirements, and planning, while focusing on the direction of All‑Domain, Services, Allies, and Partner Nations fires. The position emphasizes the integration of manned and unmanned aerial platform operations, kinetic and non‑kinetic effects, and mitigating risks to force and/or risk to mission in the Indo‑Pacific.

Specifically, you will support the Joint Mission Integration and Experimentation (JMIE) program, engaging DoD stakeholders from every war fighting domain to define experimentation technical requirements, scope, and schedule. The position will assist in design of experiments for test execution and provide war fighting capability assessments and analysis to expedite the delivery of emerging technologies and critical war fighting capabilities. Your role will be crucial in fostering teamwork and cultivating a collaborative culture, while working closely with government leadership to enable contractor activities supporting JMIE.

In this mission‑critical position, your fires expertise and technical knowledge are essential. If you are skilled in mentoring and leading All‑Domain Scheme of Fires, this is an ideal leadership opportunity for you to make a significant contribution to national security and a lasting impact of global importance.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Identifying, analyzing, and articulating requirements and artifacts in planning and operational execution, focusing on integration across Services, Allies, and Partner Nations within the Indo‑Pacific Joint Coalition Fires enterprise, including Special Access Programs (SAP) and Controlled Access Programs (CAP) that support target development.
  • Acts as the primary liaison between the contractor team and JMIE government leadership, providing input and coordination for the development of TTPs, CONOPs, policies, and workflows.
  • Provide input on refinement and tailoring of JMIE program requirements, collection strategies, national intelligence integration, and collaborating with appropriate organizations to advance leading fire’s concepts.
  • Engage DoD stakeholders to support multi‑domain constructive, virtual, and live experimentation of advanced war fighting capabilities.
  • Stay informed on geo‑political events, topics, and current events related to the INDOPACOM AOR to provide informed insights to the customer and their distinguished visitors.
