A visitor services organization in Waipahu, Hawaii, is seeking a full-time Guest Services Lead for the Ticketing/Admissions Team. The ideal candidate should be energetic, exhibit excellent customer service, and be adaptable to changing conditions. Responsibilities include managing guest services, conducting team meetings, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Must be able to stand for long periods outdoors and pass a background check as the work is on an active military base.
Flexible hours between 6:30 AM and 5:30 PM, 35-40 hours per week.
