Pay and Hours

Pay Range: $23.00 to $30.00 per hour for clinical work (based on experience).

Full‑time or part‑time schedules are available.

What You’ll Do as a Behavior Technician
  • Work one‑on‑one with children with autism in a center or home‑based setting.
  • Reinforce positive behavior using therapeutic techniques from our industry‑leading training program.
  • Track client progress and maintain electronic health records on a company‑provided iPad.

Qualifications
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
  • Good judgment in responding to common situations among clients.
  • Effective and compassionate communication with children and caregivers.
  • Relevant experience such as camp counselor, nanny, preschool teacher, paraprofessional, teacher's aide, or childcare volunteer is welcome.
What You Need
  • Passion for making a difference in the lives of children and families impacted by autism.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Willingness to learn and navigate tablet technology.
  • Reliable transportation to commute to ACES locations and client homes.
  • Schedule flexibility to conduct sessions at times needed by families.
