We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Maintenance Technician in a growing company to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for servicing and maintaining residential and commercial HVAC systems. You’ll represent the company in the field, delivering exceptional service with professionalism and care. Our ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and is eager to keep growing in their craft.

• Perform scheduled maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and present yourself professionally at job sites.
• Attend ongoing trainings and seminars to stay current in the field (company provided after 90 days).
• Coordinate scheduling and updates with the dispatcher throughout the day.
• Fill out service tickets and collect payments when needed.
• Keep your service vehicle stocked with minimum required inventory.
• Recommend equipment, service agreements, or accessories when they benefit the customer.

• EPA Certification encouraged (1 year experience preferred).
• NATE certifications are a bonus (Testing can be completed in house).
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changes in the field.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to safely lift and carry items weighing 50 pounds or more as needed.
• Good communication skills—you can collaborate with people from different backgrounds and personalities.
