We are seeking a motivated HVAC Apprentice Technician to join our Maui, team. This entry-level role is ideal for those eager to learn and grow in the HVAC industry. Under the guidance of experienced technicians, you’ll gain hands‑on experience installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems.

• Assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems (e.g., air conditioners, heat pumps).
• Perform basic diagnostics, such as checking pressures and temperatures, under supervision.
• Learn to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in an organized manner.
• Follow safety protocols and industry standards.
• Provide professional customer service on‑site.
• Document work and participate in training programs.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn HVAC skills.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and team‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in various conditions (e.g., heat, confined spaces).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• EPA Section 608 certification is a plus (resources provided).
• Prior HVAC experience is a plus but not required.
