Overview

As a Department Manager, you oversee the day‑to‑day operations and sales of the department, ensuring smooth workflow while leading and engaging your team. Responsibilities

Oversee bakery operations and sales; manage daily department performance; lead, coach, and motivate the team; maintain quality standards; adapt to changing business needs; foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer focus.

Qualifications
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Prior leadership experience
  • Willingness to obtain required certifications
  • Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and seek new skills and experiences
  • History of ensuring a seamless customer shopping experience
  • Efficient use of time and resources
  • Act with integrity, pride, and passion day in and day out
  • For Bakery: 1 year or more of experience as a Baker
  • For Meat (if applicable):
    Knowledge of meat cuts, processing tools, and relevant experience
Compensation

Salary range is $17.50 to $22.30 per hour. Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on location, experience, qualifications, and collective bargaining agreements.
