Kaiser Permanente - [Medical Records Clerk] As a MRA Clerk at Kaiser Permanente, you'll:
Process and ensure a variety of medical, business, and organizational documents are stored in an electronic scanning system as appropriate;
Prepare, scan, evaluate, and index information stored in an electronic scanning system in a timely manner;
Evaluate information and report discrepancies as necessary;
Pull and distribute patient charts upon request from authorized personnel;
Access and retrieve scanned images/documents from retention boxes, paper charts, digital archive, or other database.
