Main Responsibilities of a 76 Gas/Circle K Store - Customer Service Representative

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Serves customers by providing all necessary cashier service and product information.
• Serves guest on both 76-fuel and Circle K-convenience store products and services.
• Resolves service and product problems as needed.
• Ensures customer satisfaction and pleasant user experience.

We are looking for an experienced and seasoned customer service representative who will always be on top of their performance and make a contribution to the overall excellence of our 76-gas station and Circle K-convenience store. Customer service is important for building trust with guests, so our ideal candidate will have great organizational and communication skills. The CSR that we have in mind must be creative, organized, and highly skilled in processing customer needs and maintaining company standards.

• Helps guests with both 76-fuel and Circle K-convenience store cash register transactions
• Answers any service and product questions that arise
• Resolves service and product problems if needed.
• Handles customer issues and provides adequate solutions according to policy.
• Works with vendors to check in deliveries and answers phone.
• Follows all company guidelines for food safety and security.

• Multitasking for 76-fuel station and Circle K-convenience store
• Cash register responsibilities on both fuel and store
• Balancing cash drawers before and after shift duties
• Resolving conflict and problem solving as needed
