Food and Beverage Coordinator (Temporary) - Hilton Waikoloa Village

The iconic Hilton Waikoloa Village is looking for its next Food & Beverage Coordinator to join the banquet team that operates over 66,000 Öffentliches Square Feet of first‑class meeting, pre‑function, and exhibit facilities.

• Coordinate and perform administrative duties: answer telephones, compose correspondence, process banquet checks, perform daily edits for the F&B team, open and distribute mail, and photocopy documents.
• Respond to incoming calls and inquiries with clear, positive English communication; direct and coordinate requests to the appropriate personnel.
• Act as a direct interface between the Director of Food & Beverage and guests, vendors, and internal departments.
• Prepare and maintain accurate departmental payroll reports and records.
• Process banquet checks promptly and accurately.
• Input rosters and handle additional rostering requirements such as covering call‑outs or pop‑ups.
• Maintain and update industry directory information for the hotel; submit complete, accurate data on time.

• Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail.
• Proficient with MS Office and willing to learn internal programs for banquet check creation and other admin tasks.
• Previous banquet or food and beverage experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership, and a sense of urgency.

Flexible availability for weekends, weekdays, nights, and holidays is required. Scheduling is based on banquet events.

$24 per hour.
