Salary Range: $15.50 - $19.50 per hour
$3.00 shift differential eligibility

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service, including assistance at the gas pump.
• Accurately ring up all sales on the POS system, complying with cash handling procedures.
• Responsible for all cash and other tender types, including coupons.
• Follow company policies and store procedures, including safety and environmental protocols.
• Receive, stock, and organize merchandise.
• Assist in maintaining proper inventory levels and conduct shift audits.
• Participate in safety programs and trainings; attend mandatory job‑related meetings.
• Perform cleaning duties to maintain site cleanliness and report equipment problems.
• Work as a positive team player and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Perform duties with minimal supervision; may require flexible hours and additional responsibilities.

• Stand or walk during an entire shift.
• Use 20/40 vision (corrective lenses acceptable) to see inventory, items purchased, gas pumps, and potential issues.
• Communicate information clearly.
• Follow safety procedures (e.g., respond to alarms, contact 911).
• Reach overhead, grip, and perform wrist/finger movements to restock, package, operate POS, and maintain equipment.
• Squat and kneel frequently to obtain or replenish items.
• Push or pull objects up to 20 pounds.
• Lift up to 20 pounds from floor to waist and carry short distances; occasionally lift over 50 pounds.
• Climb a stepladder to stock or retrieve materials and remove signs.

• At least 21 years of age with legal authorization to work permanently in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales and cash handling preferred.
• Basic math skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, including telephone communication.
• Ability to work various scheduled shifts and arrive on time.
• Willingness to use equipment, tools, and materials as required.
• Capability to perform essential duties in the conditions described.
