Position:
Host/Server Assistant – Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill + Bar (Wadsworth, OH). The role involves greeting guests, supporting servers, and ensuring smooth guest flow. The position offers a fun, flexible work environment with opportunities for growth.

• Greet guests at the door with a warm welcome and a smile.
• Assist servers in providing exceptional guest service.
• Maintain overall guest flow throughout the restaurant.
• Support on‑floor operations such as transporting plates, glasses, and baskets.

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to making a positive impact in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to follow health and safety protocols.
• Prior experience in a restaurant setting is a plus but not required.

• Remain stationary or move at a steady pace for up to four (4) hours.
• Reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds safely.
• Speak clearly and listen attentively to staff and guests.
• Wear protective hand coverings and face coverings (e.g., mask) as required.
• Perform hand washing with disinfectant soap throughout the shift.
