Exciting opportunity to join a team of highly motivated and energized professionals. Must be able to function at a high level with little oversight on a Full‑Time basis. We are open Monday‑Friday schedule, provide nursing care, training, and home support (as needed), work collaboratively with team members and skilled nursing home facility representatives; collect and record relevant patient health data (EMR), and develop patient care plans.

$40.00/hr - $50.00/hr

Provide patient care and support for dialysis patients, collaborate with the clinical team, record patient health data, and develop patient care plans. Manage safety‑critical tasks and maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.

• Valid RN license.
• BS/AA/diploma in nursing.
• 6 months of RN experience strongly preferred.
• 3 months of hemodialysis experience strongly preferred.
• BLS certification.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds is required.
• This is a safety‑sensitive position.
