Schedule: Monday–Friday
Salary: $57,000 – $60,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities (Accounts Receivable Specialist):
- Daily cash application of lockbox and electronic payments by batching and balancing in accounting system
Generate, review, and distribute accurate invoices to customers
Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of payments
Apply incoming payments to appropriate customer accounts and invoices
Conduct regular account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Communicate with clients regarding overdue accounts and billing issues
Prepare and analyze aging reports and escalate collection issues when necessary
Maintain detailed and organized records of all AR transactions
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, customer service, finance) to resolve billing concerns
Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
Qualifications (Accounts Receivable Specialist):
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
