Dining Supervisor

Location:

Waconia MN Looking for a role that is more than a management position—this is a leadership role that directly impacts the health, satisfaction and daily living experience of every resident we serve!

• Ordering and maintaining inventory
• Developing team members
• Assist with meal preparation and serving
• Ensure that all food is presented in an attractive and appetizing manner
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen and dining areas
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

• Extensive culinary experience
• Prior experience with leading a team
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office including Excel
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods of time
• Reliable means of transportation to and from work

Pay Range: $18 - $21 per hour
