Good Samaritan Society - Up to $25.50/hour - - Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN).;
Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining and recording vital signs.;
Assist residents with transfers, repositioning, and walking; provide range of motion and passive exercises.;
Assist residents with meals and snacks, provide water and supplements as appropriate.;
Document resident interactions and report care-related concerns to the charge nurse.
