• Metro Dental care Albertville, MN is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team. Full Time: 4 days/week.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality dental hygiene care as a member of a collaborative patient care team. Deliver preventive education and lifetime care to patients with best-in-class support and mentorship.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Current dental hygienist license in MN and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening and medical history documentation
  • CPR Certification
Preferred Experience
  • New Graduate or years of clinical experience
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
  • Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills for preventative care
  • Clinical needs as required by office
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds
  • Attendance at virtual or in-person training periodically throughout the year
  • TB test required for all new hires in dental office positions (not applicable in FL & TN); arranged during pre-employment process
