• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Have an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Possess strong navigational skills: read maps, locate addresses within the delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain—including multi‑story buildings.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product and receive/process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Use orientation and training provided on the job.
• Communicate effectively: understand written instructions, give correct responses, and converse with customers and co‑workers both verbally and over the phone.
• Perform essential numerical functions: add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately; give correct monetary change.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Work within varying weather conditions and temperature ranges (36°F–90°F+). Note exposure to fumes, dust, hot surfaces, and sharp edges.
• Use proper lifting, carrying, pushing, and climbing techniques to handle ingredients, supplies, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Many team members begin as delivery drivers and progress to franchise ownership, management, and corporate roles.

Work is performed outdoors and in-store, with exposure to varying temperatures, weather conditions, food odors, dust, and moving mechanical parts.
