Compensation$61,160 per year plus customer tips.
ScheduleMonday – Friday (Saturdays dependent on business needs).
Start TimeBetween 6:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m. until workload is completed.

- Operate a commercial vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, following defined safe work practices and completing DOT required documentation daily.
- Adhere to safety policies, including prohibited use of electronic devices while driving and reporting any incidents or status changes.
- Be courteous, outgoing and maintain a professional image.
- Deliver correct products to the right locations during scheduled times.
- Maintain necessary delivery information on all accounts, including cash and receipts.
- Find opportunities to maximize efficiencies and provide actionable solutions to leadership.
- Act as a team player, supporting the team with decisions and helping others when needed.
- Provide professional water dispenser cleaning services while adhering to a strict quality process.
- Adhere to pricing and promotion guidelines and upsell products/services to meet monthly acquisition goals.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (for applicable positions).
- Service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills.
- Ability to work independently, efficiently, and in differing weather conditions.
- Ability to effectively interact with customers in a variety of settings.
- Ability to lift and carry an average of 250+ units per day, each weighing up to 45 lbs., using product handling tools with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to climb in and out of a commercial vehicle 40-55 times per day.
- Ability to work an average 45-hour week or more, including variable start/end times.
- Must have a clean driving record with defined limits on violations and infractions for the last 3 years.
- Must be 21 years of age or older (DOT requirement).
- Must possess a DOT medical card for working at Primo Brands.
