Service Plumber
Join Lochridge-Priest, Inc. as a Service Plumber in Waco, Texas. This full‑time position offers a base salary of $60,000–$120,000 per year, uncapped commission, and comprehensive benefits.

- Conduct inspections to diagnose residential and small commercial plumbing issues.
- Execute troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes.
- Perform accurate repairs and documentation.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures.
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and educate customers.
- Adhere to company safety protocols and attend safety training.
- 1–5 years plumbing experience preferred.
- Plumbing license (Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master) or current state certification.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
