As a Sales Associate, better known as a “Product Specialist,” at Skechers you’ll be part of a team where growth, customer connections, fashion, and comfort are core. Starting Rate: $14.50 per hour.
Hourly Pay Range: $14.50–$15.39.

• Customer Service: Engage customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products, ensuring each customer leaves with the perfect choice.
• Retail Sales Goals: Actively contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals.
• Store Operations: Keep the store looking its best by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise. Responsibilities include lifting and carrying shoes and boxes (occasionally up to 50 pounds) and staying on your feet throughout most of the shift.
• Cashier Duties: Accurately process payments and ensure customers have a great final impression.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed on the latest Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories and share product details to improve the customer experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
