Apply to join our team as a temporary Customer Service Associate. Your pay will be based on experience and skill level, ranging between $15.00 and $17.50 per hour.

$15.00/hr – $17.50/hr

• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Register sales on assigned cash register, provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolve issues and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Recommend items for sale, including trade‑ups and companion items.
• Process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges.
• Keep counters and shelves clean, well merchandised; take inventory and maintain records.
• Implement asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss.
• Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
• Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise.
• Assist with food separation and stocking using FIFO.
• Provide customer service in the photo area, supporting digital passport photos, poster prints, and promotional photo products.
• Manage web pick‑up responsibilities, including order monitoring and delivery to customers upon arrival.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness; comply with company policies and procedures.
• Assist with special assignments and other tasks as assigned.

• Attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager or assigned by corporate.

• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

• At least six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prior work experience with Walgreens.
