Customer Account Representative – Rent-A-Center

Join the Recruit team as a Customer Account Representative. This full‑time role focuses on delivering high‑quality goods and services to our customers while supporting sales, merchandising, and delivery operations.

• Provide friendly, top‑notch customer experiences through “white glove” service in stores and at customer homes.
• Obtain new rental orders on the sales floor and over the phone.
• Load/unload and install products, ensuring safe and compliant handling and maintaining vehicles.
• Maintain an inviting store by refurbishing merchandise, keeping showroom dusted, vacuumed, and organized.
• Deliver and retrieve items for customers, following all handling and transportation procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record – you will be driving company vehicles.
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.

This active position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift or move heavy items and adhere to all company safety guidelines.

Full‑time, Monday through Saturday with open‑to‑close hours. Sundays off plus one additional weekday off. Schedules and overtime may change with business needs.
