Northgate Resorts - [Kitchen Staff / Grill Cook / Prep Cook] As a Prep/Line Cook at Northgate Resorts, you'll:
Be responsible for food/meal preparation according to menu specifications using various ingredients and cooking techniques;
Set up workstations with all necessary ingredients and equipment;
Prepare ingredients and equipment for meal preparation;
Cook food with various techniques (Sauté, grill, bake, roast, fry, etc.);
Ensure all meals meet presentation expectations;
Check the quality of ingredients.
