Position Summary:We are seeking experienced and polished professionals to join our front-of-house team as Fine Dining Servers. The ideal candidate brings grace under pressure, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Servers at Diamond Back’s are expected to provide seamless service while building rapport with guests and upholding our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide elegant, intuitive, and attentive service to all guests throughout their dining experience
- Execute table service with precision: from wine presentation to course pacing and tableside etiquette
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all menu items, daily features, wine pairings, and cocktail offerings
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Uphold sanitation and safety standards in accordance with health regulations and company policy
- Handle guest concerns or special requests with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach
- Maintain composure and grace in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Contribute to a team-oriented environment with mutual respect and accountability
- Minimum 2 years of serving experience, preferably in fine dining or upscale hospitality
- Strong working knowledge of wine, spirits, and food pairings (basic sommelier knowledge is a plus)
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask with poise and efficiency
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- TABC and Food Handler’s certifications (or willingness to obtain prior to start date)
