As a Prep Cook, your responsibilities include:

• Reading prep sheets
• Following Bubba’s 33 recipes
• Keeping the walk-in refrigerator organized
• Maintaining and properly using equipment
• Following storage and rotation procedures
• Adhering to safety and sanitation practices
• Exhibiting teamwork
